Does your mom already “have everything she needs”? Well here is something she might not have yet… but will be sure to become a favorite…Last year we received some TeKu glasses as a gift and we love them. If you haven’t seen these before, they were developed by Teo Musso of the Baladin Brewery in Torino, Italy, and Italian sensory analyst Lorenzo Dabove (Kuaska). (Hence the name TeKu) The glass was designed to be the first universal beer tasting glass; an industry standard glass that could be used for the sensory analysis of craft beers. Craft Beer Fest Tix How about just spending some fun beer-infused time with the person you are celebrating with? If you happen to be in S. Florida for Mother’s Day weekend, the Delray Craft Beer Fest is Friday night, May 8, 2015. Sample over 100 craft beers and even some great ciders in their new special Cider area There will also be wine tasting, bar bites, vendors and live music. If you aren’t fortunate enough to live here in paradise, likely there are festivals going on this weekend near you as well. If not, you could always buy tix to the next great local fest and wrap them up in a gift bag with some great local craft brews! |
