I paired this beer with: A homemade pizza with anchovies, sausage, sundried tomatoes, grilled red peppers & lots of garlic.

Note: This is a 100% Bottle refermented ale brewed with honey & citrus peel. I personally enjoyed the Local 1 better then the Local 2, but your taste might differ. Give it a try and let me know which one you prefer.
