I was here for The Boca Beer Lovers October Meetup. The meeting was sponsored by Case & Keg and hosted by Jonathan Gottlieb. Since the theme of the meeting was Oktoberfest, we sampled 2 oz pours of the following beers:
Warsteiner Premium Verum (German Pilsner)
Bitburger Premium Pils (German Pilsner)
Spaten Oktoberfestbier (Märzen/Oktoberfest)
Tucher Kristall Weizen (Kristalweizen)
Franziskaner Hefe Weisse (Hefewizen)
Erdinger Weissbier Dunkel “Dark” (Dunkelweizen)
Paulaner Salvator (Doppelbock)
Köstritzer Schwarzbier (Schwarzbier)
We both ordered the Bavarian Platter (bratwurst, knockwirst, schnitzel, sauerbraten) which was outstanding for the price. In addition to the meal there was bread and broken up pieces of fresh soft pretzels on the table for all to share with mustard for dipping.
Overall: We both agreed that the Paulaner Salvator was our favorite beer of the night. I would return here in the future
