My Overall Opinion: Very Good. 
I paired this beer with: Grilled tilapia with a spicy marinade.

Note: This is a really good session beer. I tasted hints of chocolate, smoke and coffee, but none of them were overwhelming on the palate, which made this very drinkable. Enjoy this beer with food or by itself, you will be pleasantly surprised.
